Founded in 2021 by Tracee and Jeff Strazzinski in Hutchinson, MN, our company embodies core values of quality, integrity, reliability, and unparalleled customer service.

With an unwavering dedication to excellence, we bring together a unique blend of skills and experiences. Tracee, a seasoned hairstylist with over 25 years of experience, not only excels in the art of creating beauty but also possesses a remarkable knack for carpentry and construction. Her expertise spans various domains, including tile work, painting, millwork, manufacturing, installation, and ICF foundation work. Her attention to detail, combined with a deep understanding of client satisfaction, drives our commitment to perfection in every project we undertake.


Jeff's journey in the commercial construction industry spans more than two decades, starting with an apprenticeship with the International Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. His extensive background includes roles as a carpenter field superintendent, general foreman, journeyman carpenter, and lead carpenter. His wealth of experience encompasses diverse projects, from constructing towering buildings to intricate renovations in sensitive environments like healthcare facilities, laboratories, manufacturing plants, and historical structures. Jeff's comprehensive understanding of construction scopes and his commitment to excellence form the cornerstone of Lupine Construction's ethos.

At Lupine Construction, our dedication to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace is paramount. We ensure compliance with the highest industry standards by holding certifications such as OSHA 30, MSHA, ICRA, and a Minnesota state building contractor license.


Our commitment to quality craftsmanship extends beyond our professional pursuits. Tracee's experience in roofing surpasses Jeff's, as she’s shingled five roofs and Jeff has shingled none. Additionally, her trusted hairstylist is none other than Jeff himself, showcasing his eye for precision and mastery in craftsmanship even when he’s off the job site.
